Taxi/Auto Rickshaw Comapliants Redressal 
   
Toll Free Number  For Lodging Complaint  against The public
Service Vehicles Such as Taxi/Auto Ricksaw
The transport department has provided for the Toll free numbers
on which the ordinary citizen, if harassed by the public transport
system can lodge his or her complaint. The numbers are handled
by the Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) in  24 X 7 mode .
              The complaints received on these numbers are attended
  to by the concerned RTO Offices as per the provisions of the
Motor Vehicles Act and Rules made there under
